Seasonal renting only for duplex studio and bungalow
No "demand of booking" has a validity without our confirmation
The prices are based on the understanding that:
Per week: from the Saturday 4 am to the next Saturday 10 pm, this is imperative in the high season. Over 4 pers. Per studio or over 8 pers. Per duplex there will be an additional charge of 12%. The self catering apartments are clean at your arrival they must be left so. The services of a cleaning lady are available; but must be asked for 48 hours in advance (Duplex 45 € – Studio 30 € )*. Your stay must be completely paid for before you enter your apartment, at the very latest when you arrive at the reception of the tourist complex. The prices included:
The rent for the apartment, the water consummation, access to the complex’s facilities and the providing of 8 Kwh of electricity per day.
The prices do not included: -The heating, the extra consummation of electricity which must be paid before your departure. (a metre is read at your arrival and departure.) - The deposit of 160 € (320 € for more than one month) which will be sent back to you, within 15 days, after verification of the inventory and cleanliness. -The charge for animals is 19 € . -the renting of sheets and pillow cases ( 10 € per bed and per week ) ; must be specified with your reservation. -the renting of a television( 33 € per week ); must be specified with your reservation. -The cleaning at the end of your stay (duplex = 45 €. Studio and bungalow = 30 € )*. Wifi : 2h = 1€ - 24 h = 3 € - 7 jour = 10 € -Taxe off stay. per day 0,45 € (1er april to 30 september) for all persons + 13 years
In case of annulment: The deposit (20%) will only be reimbursed in cases of proven circumstances beyond your control (accident, decease, illness, loss or change of employment) which happen over a month before your arrival (recommended letter or fax). |
